Title to and intellectual property rights in all materials uploaded, posted and/or published on Mosaic vest exclusively in the creators and authors of such materials in accordance with applicable copyright laws and any use of such materials by individuals accessing the materials on Mosaic shall NOT have the effect of transferring or assigning such title or rights or any part or parts thereof to users of Mosaic.
